A cloud has lots and lots of tiny drops of water.When there are many drops of water in the cloud it gets too heavy and fall down as rain.
In other words clouds are the masses of condensed water,when gets heavy precipitates as rain,snow,hail etc
Rain is the best form of precipitation.
